Charlotte Bloom began her lustrous career at Lazard, a top tier $7 billion investment bank in England, as one of the only women in the boardroom.
She then served at Group Strategy Manager at Centrica PLC, the largest energy company in the U.K., during which share prices increased by 70%.
Charlotte continued to propel success for the companies she worked with, earning everything from accolades to C-level expertise — all before age 27.
In 2013, Charlotte travelled the world and relocated to the USA to set up her own strategy consulting practice focused on delivering the high growth strategies known by the world's biggest firms to small / medium sized companies and startups.
Charlotte is a serial entrepreneur and business growth expert. She has supported USA and European-based startups, SMEs and publicly listed companies around the world to innovate, capture the imagination of their customers and change the world for the better.
